What does it mean to use fair trade herbs and what water do most brands use?

Fair trade means that the herbs and teas we use are sourced ethically and within certain guidelines and practices that keep workers and our environment healthy! This is important for us to continue to help pave the path for cleaner better products on the market.

Most brands use “filtered water”. Coming from a chemical engineer who worked in the water treatment industry for 5 years “filtered” doesn’t mean anything. The range of what qualifies as filtered is too large for me to feel comfortable.

That’s why we specify that we use Reverse Osmosis water to brew our tea! It’s the highest standard for pure water in the industry and provides the cleanest tea for you!
