✨Tenant Spotlight - Alysha Price, The Price Dynamic✨

Every month we have the opportunity of interviewing one of the many amazing businesses and entrepreneurs operating within Loring Corners, Inc.

So, without further ado, we introduce to you Alysha Price of The Price Dynamic 🕊️🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒➡️

What is your role in the community? 🫂

“ I am the owner & CEO of The Price Dynamic, a family solutions social enterprise supporting parents and youth to refine their life path. Through visitation, coaching, group education and resource navigation. We currently occupy the largest square footage in the Loring Corners Building.”

What’s your go-to order? ☕️

“My usual is a regular coffee with room for cream; but recently I’ve tried the LAB iced with Almond milk and it’s my new favorite summer drink. Adds just the right amount of pep to my step in the mid morning.”

What do you love about Fawkes Alley Coffee? 🫶🏽

“I absolutely love the support to youth through a team approach, sports team to team in workforce is brilliant; we need more community now a days and being apart of a team helps to create that. The life skills being taught as a result of the mission are invaluable.”

What would you say to someone coming to the cafe for the first time? 🗣️

“The cafe holds an authentic coffee shop feel, there isn’t too much on the menu it’s just right. Enough to have your favorites but not to cause a long wait. You will meet amazing people at the cafe, people who value a pause in the day, people who value a simple hello with eye contact.”

“The cafe environment is and has always been welcoming, it was the welcome to Loring Corners that I needed as a new tenant nearly 3 years ago. We encourage all of our clients to visit the coffee shop to take a moment for themselves to process, regulate and feel a moment of peace.”

So much thanks to Alysha & The Price Dynamic for being part of our monthly tenant series!! 🙌🏽💗

Loring Corners is home to more than 50 small businesses, organizations, entrepreneurs and local artists. DM us for a chance to have you and your business highlighted while sharing all the things you love about Fawkes Alley. We can’t wait to hear from you! 💛
