Copper Creek Bistro is veteran owned and what we like to call a "Upscale Casual" restaurant/bar in the heart of Minersville Pa. Our menu is not huge however it is extremely fresh and made in house daily.

Good evening everyone and it has been a long month for sure !! We are pleased to announce that we will finally be open tomorrow the 4th at 4 pm with a very exciting new look and Chef Jeremy's new house made menu. Please stop by to check out the new spot in town Copper Creek Bistro and enjoy a (usually boring) Thursday evening :) We send major thanks to Mike and Denise for supporting us every step of the way and look forward to seeing y'all soon. The next few weeks will be "Soft Openings" which means we have a new POS system, new bar, new menu and a few new faces so please expect a few bumps in the road however the food and drinks are firing at 110%. I will post the new menu shortly and have a great evening !!

Good evening everyone!! I hope today's weather made up for the fact that it is in fact a Monday 😞 Update time, we are very excited to announce that we have been in negotiations to hire founding Chef Jeremy who authored the highly creative menu at Whistlers American Bistro previously in Ashland PA. We succeeded !! Down side is he cannot start until the first week in June so we are choosing to close for 4 weeks.....This will also give us more time to complete our renovations so everything will be 100% on June 3rd for our relaunch. Thank you for your patience AGAIN and we hope to see you soon !!

Good evening everyone !! Our renovations are taking a bit longer then expected because we keep adding more awesome things to the interior. Therefore we are choosing to close for one more weekend so your next experience is as awesome as we can possibly make it. Thank you for your continued patience and we will see you soon !!

Good evening everyone and we hope you had a great weekend !! The timing is right to complete our renovations so we will be closed this coming week into the weekend. We will reopen on April 29th with a exciting new look and a fresh updated menu. Much thanks and god bless !!

Good morning everyone !! We are looking for honest input from anyone that was in for dinner this weekend and tried our new burger board menu. Please feel free to let us know about anything else you had as well. If you do not wish to post publicly please private message us anytime. We are approx. halfway through our remodel and are currently working on some new menu items. We greatly appreciate your support and suggestions to help us design the perfect menu.
