He doesn’t clock in. He doesn’t take breaks. He doesn’t complain when it’s 100 degrees outside.
He just sits in the window at The Box looking cool and judging all of us.

If you stop by, be sure to say hi to Fernando. He’s our newest employee and so far his performance review is outstanding:

✅ Hasn't eaten a single employee meal

Tonight, The Box is trading lake views for ranch lights. 🌅➡️✨

We’re stepping away from PK for the evening to serve the amazing folks out at Walsh Ranch, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the lake crowd to private events, y’all are keeping this trailer BUSY this summer and we appreciate every single one of you. ❤️🚚

Sometimes the food trailer life means chasing sunsets, loading up, and feeding good people wherever the road takes us. Tonight, that road leads to Walsh Ranch. 🤠🍔🍕

We’ll see y’all back at PK in the morning! Until then… keep the lake cold and the vibes hot. 😎☀️

We hired a new employee at The Box and… we need to give him a name. 🌿😎

He’s cool under pressure, works long hours, doesn’t complain, and survives on very little sleep… unlike the rest of us, and already judging us for not watering him enough. 🙄😂

He doesn’t say much, but he’s bringing strong summer vibes to the trailer and honestly might become Employee of the Month before the rest of us.🍍😎
