⚠️ A gentle warning from Sadie’s Eats…

Yes, I took some time off.
Yes, I lost my father.
And yes, I’m still deep in the grief of learning how to live without him.

But I’m coming back.

Not because the grief is over — but in his honor.

I’m doubling down. More food. More creativity. More Mema’s Pimento Cheese. More catering. More private dinners. More of everything I love about feeding people.

I’m grieving. I’m healing. And I’m hungry to create again.

So consider this your warning:

Sadie’s Eats is coming back — with a little more fire than before. 🤙🏼

To my Sadie’s Eats family,
Many of you know that my father is currently at home on hospice, and I am his primary caregiver during this time. Right now, my focus is exactly where it needs to be …… with him.
Because of that, Sadie’s Eats will be taking a temporary hiatus while I spend these days caring for my dad and being present with my family.
I am incredibly grateful for every order, every event, every recommendation, every kind word, and every ounce of support this community has shown me over the years. Your love has never gone unnoticed. For now, I’m choosing family, quiet moments, and time that cannot be replaced.
Please keep my father, our family, and everyone walking this road with a loved one in your thoughts and prayers.
I’ll be back when the time is right.
With all the Love & Aloha,
Sadie Oceanna❤️🌈🤙🏽

Whew. This one got me right in the feelings. 🥹

Between caring for family, running a business, and trying to keep all the plates spinning, some days are heavy. Then a customer takes the time to say something like this and reminds me exactly why I do what I do.

Thank you for supporting my little dream, Mineral Wells. ❤️

🎉 Shoutout to this lovely lady who has been making meal preps behind-the-scenes for me and my family.

To give you an idea, with Sadie’s Eats meal preps, the portions are large enough where I am able to feed 4 adults including myself and they last a week and sometimes even thru the weekend.

✨Fantastic results AND maintains our healthy goals.✨

Choose healthy. Choose YOU. Choose Sadie’s Eats.

My family and I are grateful and love your meal preps. Thank you, Sadie! 💕

Wellness isn’t always green juice and yoga mats.
Sometimes it looks like real food, made with love, waiting in your fridge when life gets hard.
