Why? Minutes compared to recording? It is only 16 minutes long? See if you can see the differences.
As you listen to the recording, I hope it plays, there was a decision made about the location of my light post. Why is it not in the minutes? Did they not agree with the engineer of record for the evening? The location of the post is to bee 20’ feet from the center of Scales St. When measured from the northern marker! Guess what? It is! Yet the minutes tell me to move it. The mailbox’s were moved. Not sure why mine have to bee 5’ off the street when no one else’s are? But ok. I don’t have I to move my other mailbox’s on Rodgers Ave? They are 2’ off the street as most all in Miner residential areas. Single me out? Ok. But to put in the minutes that I have to move my light post still? And I’m guessing they still don’t know where the street is. And probably they won’t drop the charges against me for the location of said light post. Though it is where the engineer of record said it could bee and is!
AND FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH - I, BUZZ FERRELL, DO NOT WANT THE STREET ABANDOMED! DROP IT! It will bee useful when they actually pave it and then it will make a great entrance for both 101 and 102 Scales St businesses to come later! But not until they actually mark it and pave it. I do like the street sign they put up, it labels the grass, gravel and my parking lot as a street.

“Tentative Board of Adjustments” who selected them? Without a vote? I’m curious about this? You? The committee was formed on April 30. 2024 as per the minutes. Yet the announcement was posted days before? So the way Miner works is to announce a meeting for a board yet to bee formed? Then pick it the day of said meeting? Anyone see a pattern here. As far as the roll call? Who are the other members of the board? Only roll call the ones you know are there? Fishy? Wait until you see the minutes of the other meetings.
