Consumer Safety
I am fully aware that there are other home made salsas that are available at a much cheaper price....
Before you buy from a home based seller ask these questions first when it comes to salsa.
1. Do you have a food handlers safety card for the State of Oklahoma?
2. What iis the ph level in the Salsa?
3. What temperature did you heat your salsa to befor you canned it and how long did you cook it for and at what temperature.
4. Please explain to me your canning process.
You may be getting a better deal but if things are not done a certain way you could get botchalism or even worse. We are pricey because we guarentee our product is safe...and if there are any issues we take care of it.

I have spent the better part of 4 years learning, studying,going in the kitchem and doing the process all over again to ensure that the quality of MCS is on point.
I took a FDA food handlers safety course, have my handlers liscense and have spent out of pocket money for updated equipment...digital readers etc. To ensure our product is safe....I have and will personally garentee our product with either a free jar or money back garenteed if any issues occur from beginning to end.
Dont be suckered by others who think they know. Because truthfully most have no idea about what they are doing as far as consumer safety....we appreciate our loyal customers and I hope the ones we lost come back...thank you for choosing MCS and I promise you I will continue to educate myself to bring you the best home made all natural product for your money....Much love. We also wanted to clear up a little confusion that recently came to our attention.

While Rick was out sick this past week, some people were told that Rick had stopped making salsa and had given someone else permission to start making salsa and take over his customers.

We want to make it very clear — that is NOT true. Milk Chaser Salsa has not stopped making salsa, and we aren't going anywhere! 🌶️🔥

If it didn't come directly from Rick or Milk Chaser Salsa, it isn't our salsa and it isn't associated with us.
