We are a new restaurant in Mimbres, NM, offering a delicious blend of American & Mexican cuisine.

We have taken over the old Mimbres Cafe, a beloved local spot, intending to transform it into a favorite gathering place once again.

We had a great day at the Mimbres Valley harvest festival yesterday. A big thank you to our staff that worked so hard to help. They did a great job!
Indigo, Rayne and our ever faithful delivery driver Koryann. We couldn't have done it without them.

We are open today at the restaurant from 10am to 3pm.

This Friday 10/2 we will have Fried Fish again before John leaves out of town again.

Saturday we will be closed as we will be serving food at the Mimbres Valley Harvest Festival! Come see us there. Free entry for the whole family.

Sunday we will be open for the normal times.

What a beautiful day! Come for a drive out to Mimbres and enjoy some fresh Gulf Shrimp! 1 lb plates with corn, potatoes, and sausage for $20.00
2 lb plates for $35.
These are big shrimp and Cajun seasoned. Gumbo John knows how to cook shrimp!
Tonight from 4 to 7 is Steak night. 10 oz ribeye served with salad and potato $27.95. Make it a surf and turf for $35.95. Limited quantity. Reservations required for large parties over 4ppl.
