Happy Friday everyone! We made it through another week. It's still going to be a bit gloomy but don't let that stop you from coming down to my truck parked at the Desert Inn and get something to warm you up.
Im posting my new menu with the addition of beef yakisoba and my new "Birria dip" with a side of consomme to dip it in! I was only going to have half I ate the whole thing!

Come get your fix here outside the Desert Inn tonight. Can't decide between Birria tacos or a French dip? Why not try my "Birria dip" it's the Birria meat and cheese on a hoagie roll and quick dipped in the broth or get it on the side! It's fantastic on a day like this!!!
