✨Meet The Members of Team Sobelman!✨

For more than a decade, Diego has been an important part of the Sobelman’s family. He first joined the team as a busser and door greeter, welcoming guests with a smile and helping create the friendly atmosphere that has always made Sobelman’s special. Through years of hard work and dedication, he has grown into one of our most popular servers, earning a loyal following of guests who love his outgoing personality, contagious energy, and ability to make every visit memorable. 😃

If you’ve celebrated a birthday at Sobelman’s, there’s a good chance you’ve heard Diego leading one of his enthusiastic birthday songs. His fun-loving spirit and genuine enthusiasm light up the dining room, and he’s always willing to jump in wherever he’s needed. Whether it’s helping Dave and Melanie with special events or lending a hand to fellow team members, Diego is someone everyone can count on. His positive attitude and incredible work ethic make him an invaluable part of our team! ♥️

When it comes to recommendations, Diego doesn’t hesitate to point guests toward one of his favorites: our famous Chicken Bourbon Bites—crispy bacon-wrapped chicken tossed in our signature bourbon sauce. If you’re looking for a drink, his personal favorite is Hennessy, but he’s always happy to recommend one of Sobelman’s legendary Bloody Marys, especially the Crown Mary, complete with an upside-down Corona. 🥃

And if you’re exploring Milwaukee after your meal, Diego suggests checking out one of the many outstanding local breweries just a short drive from the Original Pub & Grill at 19th and St. Paul. 🍺
