Chef Jason’s Omakase Bar at Nakama is fully booked until 2027, but there is one way to enjoy the the tradition in a manner so unique, that only 20 diners will experience it this year: The Inaugural Freshwater Food & Wine Festival this weekend!

Chef is joining an all-star lineup of chefs & events celebrating a local food scene that’s rising globally. Chefs FFWF Omakase will be elevated at The Flight Deck, complete with pairings from his trusty sidekick, Nakama’s Head Mixologist Brandon, aka Dragon. 🐉

Reservations are live through the end of 2026. 🤲🏽 While we typically open 2 months at a time, this round we’ve opened opened 3 months, to make more seats at the dinner table for those who haven’t been able to join quite yet.
