It’s that time of the season when we take advantage of the Monday holiday and give our crew an extra day to gather, celebrate and let loose.

We’ll be closed Monday, as per our usual Monday schedule, and Tuesday, September 8, while our crew takes a well-earned day to gather, celebrate and probably make some questionable decisions at our annual staff party.

Come see us this weekend. Then come back Wednesday, when we’ll be fresh, rested-ish, and proudly displaying the trophy we brought home from crushing trivia. 😎

Well, that was an interesting night.

We made it through the storm with a few power outages and thankfully nothing major on our end.

It brings an 8 oz beef patty together with roasted mushrooms, Roth Cheese Grand Cru Gruyère, truffle mayo, baby arugula, and pickles on a toasted pretzel bun.

And because one special just isn’t enough, we’ve got Odekirk Venison Chochoyotes: chile-braised Odekirk Red Deer from Campbellsport, WI, with masa dumplings, fire-roasted sweet corn, chile braising broth, baby kale, Cotija and cilantro.

We put a burger in a cream puff.

This week’s Cheesy Cream Puff Burger has an 8 oz thick beef patty, cheddar gougère bun, Hook's Cheese Colby cheese spread, shredded lettuce, brandied onions, Story Hill sauce, and cherry Koolickles. Yes, those are pickles made with Kool-Aid.

State Fair Oddities specials continue all week long, but the burger is only here for 2 nights!
