Meet Eli, a barista at our Downer Cafe & Kitchen and one of the talented makers you’ll meet at this year’s Makers Market.

Outside the cafe, Eli creates printmaking inspired by the beauty in the everyday. From weathered buildings to plants growing along the roadside, each piece is a reminder that ordinary moments often hold the most meaning.

Like coffee, printmaking is a ritual. Both invite us to slow down, pay attention, and find beauty in what might otherwise go unnoticed.
