The wait is over. The Factory Cafe is officially OPEN! ☕️💛 And today, we’re giving away free Factory stickers to celebrate.

After months of hard work and plenty of anticipation, we’re finally opening our doors again.

We caught up with a few coffee lovers stopping by our Tosa Bluemound cafe to see what they were sipping.

From caramel lattes to our Brown Butter Apple Latte, everyone had their own order, but one thing was clear: we’re all here for the cold foam.

Some things are just too good not to share. Or steal a bite of.

Our Espresso + Caramel + Banana Yogurt Bowl is bringing the good stuff: caramelized bananas, crunchy granola, and chocolate covered espresso beans. Pair it with an iced Maple Ube Latte and you’ve got yourself a pretty solid morning.

The verdict? 10/10. No notes.

A little spooky season, a little Wisconsin folklore. 👻☕️

Haunted Hodag is back. It’s our Halloween dark roast inspired by the legendary creature of the Northwoods.

Bold, smoky, and full of character, with notes of cacao nib, bonfire smoke, and pineapple candy.

And don’t forget the Haunted Hodag reusable coffee tin. A little piece of the legend worth keeping around.

It’s been a minute, Factory. 👋

A lot has changed. A lot is still changing. And somehow, it still feels like us.

From a warehouse built in 1888 to the Factory we know today, this place has had a lot of lives, and we’re pretty excited about its next one.

The work isn’t quite done yet, but you can start to see where we’re headed. A new kitchen is taking shape, fresh spaces are coming together, and the cafe is slowly starting to look like itself again. And we’ll be ready to welcome you back on Friday, October 16th.

Same old bones. New energy.
