Last night, the chanterelle had its moment. The Golden Harvest: Chanterelles and Wines of the Loire Valley Dinner filled our restaurant with the aroma of wild mushrooms at the peak of their short season, and every course was a celebration of it.

Four courses of classic French technique with a few creative touches, with six pairings of Loire Valley w**e, including a beautiful pour of Sancerre.

Guests began the evening on our outdoor portico with small bites and a glass in hand, and ended it savoring one of the season's most treasured ingredients.
