Unfortunately, I have to inform my Loyal Osteria customers we will no longer be going into 330 E Kilbourn. It is with great disappointment to me that this project cannot move forward. I was unable to overcome several unforeseen obstacles to no one's fault. I know there were high expectations for Osteria's return. All I can say is my dream for Osteria's is not dead just delayed once again. It will never, ever be off the table. My experience as a chef, my education at Culinary Institute of America and my passion for Italian cuisine will always draw me back to my roots.
