Our Apple Almond Galette — buttery, flaky pastry wrapped around spiced apples and almond filling, topped with crunchy turbinado sugar and baked until golden.

The Neapolitan Cupcake was the winning item from our Summer Crumb Club box, and it’s officially joining the cafe!

A chocolate marble cupcake filled with housemade strawberry jam, topped with fresh strawberry Italian meringue buttercream and finished with a chocolate drizzle. 🍓🍫

It’s available starting today through October, so come try the Crumb Club favorite!

A little behind-the-scenes glimpse into Miss Molly’s. 💛

Just inside our kitchen door hangs our Hearthkeeper board. To us, the hearth is the heart of our culture — a symbol of warmth, nourishment, connection and care. Our Hearthkeeper is someone nominated by their teammates for helping keep that spirit alive through the way they show up each day.

Our current Hearthkeeper is **Vida**, recognized for embodying two of our core values: **High Standards, Always** and **Work as a Team, Grow as a Team**.

Vida started working at Miss Molly’s when she was just 14, and this fall she’s heading into her sophomore year of college! We’ve had the privilege of watching her grow up alongside Miss Molly’s, and we’re so happy she continues to be part of our team.
