We have been absolutely floored by the love and support y'all have shown us at our new workshop in Fulton Market and we cannot thank you enough for showing up and showing out for us at our first permanent Chicago home! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We love y'all BIG!

Discourse is a collective of creative coffee professionals exploring the boundaries of what is possible in coffee and tea, and we're looking for 1-2 new adventurers to join our merry band here at our FM Workshop.

Who You Are:
A passionate coffee professional with a firm understanding of dialing in espresso, manual brewing, coffee origins, varietals and processing, and the ability to pour consistent latte art. You thrive in growth and feedback centric environments, independently hold yourself to high standards, and have been yearning for a platform to show the world all of the wild and wonderful ideas you've had brewing in your head. You love humans and genuinely enjoy taking care of people both in front of and behind the counter.

What We Offer:
A competitive compensation package, industry leading ongoing education and a one-of-a-kind platform to share your unique brand of magic, amplified to the coffee world at large. The ability to work shoulder to shoulder with a crew of coffee professionals in their prime, seeking to create magic each and every day. ESPRESSO OR MATCHA | THAI GREEN CHILIS | MANGO & THAI CHILI POWDER | MANGO | THAI CURRY SEASONING | TURMERIC | COCONUT OAT MILK BLEND | FLEUR DE SEL

Warm, savory, creamy, lightly sweet and finished with a little heat. Inspired by Khao Soi, a Northern Thai curry noodle soup, one of the most comforting dishes on Earth. Served in an 8oz mug and hot only, with your choice of either espresso or matcha for the base with espresso bringing out the deeper spice-forward notes, while matcha leans earthy, bright and lemongrass-foward. We wanted this drink small in size and simple in presence, yet packed full-of flavor and deeply comforting. LAFFY TAFFY INFUSED CLARIFIED MILK PUNCH | COLD STEEPED JASMINE GREEN TEA | FLEUR DE SEL | CHARRED LIME WHEEL

What happens when you take a candy note and you stretch it into something softer, more floral, a little less sweet? This. An amalgamation of all of the flavors of Laffy Taffy met with jasmine tea, citrus and a pinch of salt make this a subtly sweet and refreshing as all get-out sip for the warmer days ahead. Created my originally for ’s release party that was so good we had to slap it on the menu for you all to try. Come and get you some until May 1st. Iced only and served at our Milwaukee locations.
