Brewery #5: Central Waters Brewing Milwaukee
It’s a church… correction… it WAS a church. Now it’s a brewery. Next door to the old PBR brewery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin you can find some site brewed beverages. I went with a couple of bourbon barrel brews. First the Bourbon Barrel Stout. Smooth with that wooden vanilla taste. Then I got a half pint of the 12 year Elijah Craig Barrel Teal Label. I was just drinking that bourbon last night even. I don’t think you have ever consumed an alcoholic beverage until you try one of these. It’s like what beer drinkers would think drinking wine would be like. It’s #1 top beer I’ve ever had. If it weren’t 15.7% alcohol I would have had two.
