Built in 1938 by Paul Gilles, Gilles Frozen Custard has been serving superior frozen custard to the Milwaukee Area for over 87 years. Opening in 1938 under the ownership of Paul Gilles– Gilles Frozen Custard began its 84+ year history of family and frozen custard. Robert ran Gilles for 15 years before handing it off to his sons, Tom and Pat. In 2001 Tom became the sole owner and is now, after 13 y

ears welcoming his son W***y to the stand. Three generations of Linscotts have turned Gilles into the iconic custard stand that Milwaukee loves. Located at 7515 W. The sandwich of the month is the Swiss Mushroom Burger!! Its juicy sautéed mushrooms and melty Swiss cheese easily make it a fan-favorite! 🍔🍄
The Blue Moon Shake is our featured fountain item this month, and I'M SO STOKED!! The flavor is sort of tricky to describe, but I like to say it tastes like Froot Loops and cotton candy. It's a sweet flavor that'll take you to the moon and back! 🌙💙
Our custard Flavor of the Month is Heavenly Chocolate!! It comes with chocolate custard, fudge swirls, and chocolate flakes—call it a triple threat!!!🍦🍫
