Built in 1938 by Paul Gilles, Gilles Frozen Custard has been serving superior frozen custard to the Milwaukee Area for over 87 years. Opening in 1938 under the ownership of Paul Gilles– Gilles Frozen Custard began its 84+ year history of family and frozen custard. Robert ran Gilles for 15 years before handing it off to his sons, Tom and Pat. In 2001 Tom became the sole owner and is now, after 13 y

ears welcoming his son W***y to the stand. Three generations of Linscotts have turned Gilles into the iconic custard stand that Milwaukee loves. Located at 7515 W. Bluemound Road, Gilles offers an impressive variety of frozen custard, treats and eats. We have a Pick Up Window. Call ahead with your order and pick it up while you stay in your vehicle.

The Sandwich of the Month is the BBQ Pulled Pork!! Even I've been waiting for this one; It comes with savory pulled pork, drenched in barbecue sauce and piled onto a toasted bun! 😋🐷
Our Featured Shake is the Butterfinger Shake, which is our delicious vanilla shake with Butterfinger chunks blended in!! 🥰🍬
As far as custard custard goes, our famous Jameson Custard is back in stock for Irish Fest!!! It's a blend of our vanilla custard, spices, and Jameson Irish Whiskey!! 🍻🍦

Lastly, our Flavor of the Month is OREO!!! It's vanilla custard with Oreos stirred in—simple, but yummy!
