Yesterday’s Market Haul is today’s Meatless Monday.
Spicy veggie curry
We’ve created a spicy and aromatic curry and paired it with this weeks market finds. Carrots, daikon, and potatoes are stewed and paired with sautéed beans, squash, and tofu for a hearty start to this week! Topped with crispy beets and herbs

It’s Meatless Monday! Today we have Fried red jasmine rice with tofu. White and red jasmine rice stir fried with swiss chard, eggplant, cabbage, beans and summer squash. Finished with egg, crispy tofu, and thai basil.

We’re sorry we missed everyone yesterday, so we are bringing you a Meatless Tuesday! This one is special to us, we cooked a version of this dish for the Fondy Feast on Sunday, a benefit for the Fondy Farmer’s Market and it’s farmers.

Sweet corn and chickpea flour pancake topped with a charred peach and tomato salsa and a fresh herb salad with beet crisps.

Today we are taking this week market bounty and bringing you a bright sweet curry. Our sweet corn, tofu, and squash curry is spiced with roasted peppers, and loaded with antioxidants from produce thanks to our local farmers! Garnished with peaches, beets, and a fresh herb salad. Served with sticky rice.
