The wait is over!!!!! JPJ Hospitality has joined the Schweiger family in their new venture at Lucky's Ice House. Stop in tomorrow for the Grand Opening from 11 am until midnight. Food and drink specials, the Miller Lite girls from 6-7:30 and live music by Steadfast from for 7 to 9 pm. Fish fry starts next Friday August 26th from 4 to 8 pm. Looking forward to seeing all of you in our new location at 4238 W Orchard St. in Milwaukee.

Things of late have us thinking twice about doing anything food related moving forward despite several opportunities to do so....and then someone you don't know walks up to you and says where are you doing fish fry??? We miss your food! We will share we have a great local opportunity and once details are confirmed we will be very excited to share them with all of our followers!

Today is bittersweet for Johnny Alba and I. Three years ago with the urging of Bob Sczerzen, we leased the kitchen at Country Lanes. It has been a wild ride for sure. We took on this endeavor while both working full time jobs, I was part owner of another restaurant and of course we have the dog rescue. Within the first few days of signing the lease John was diagnosed with leukemia, and I was beside myself. With the help of family, friends, many tears and prayers he made it through and together we ran the kitchen. Many have asked what our next move will be. We have opportunities that we are looking at, but we have not made a commitment as of yet. We are planning a much need break over the summer. John and I would like to thank you for your support over the last three years and look forward to sharing with you our next adventure. Tonight is our last fish fry and we would love to see as many of you as we can! ❤
