Behind every ribbon cutting is a community that made it possible.

We were proud to celebrate the opening of our newest QDOBA Mexican Eats with the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, our hardworking team, and many eager fans.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this restaurant a reality, including our brand partners at QDOBA, our many vendors and suppliers, and the community members who show up to welcome us in.

Most importantly, thank you to our team members who worked tirelessly to open the doors and to the guests who lined up to be part of day one.

We’re proud of what we’ve built together and excited for what’s ahead!

The results are in.
After an incredible showing across 62 Roaring Fork–operated QDOBA restaurants, we’re proud to announce the top three winners of our annual Valentine’s Day Decoration Contest.

🥉 Monona — Love soared to new heights with creative use of QDOBA branding and packaging that transformed their space.

🥈 Capitol — Guests were transported to the clouds with a glowing, ethereal photo backdrop and thoughtfully styled décor throughout the restaurant.

🥇 Arlington Heights — When photos couldn’t capture the full experience, they brought in a drone. From a full-scale video to photo booth polaroids for guests, this team turned a busy BOGO day into a true occasion.

What makes this contest special isn’t just the décor — it’s the teamwork, leadership, and pride behind it.

Congratulations to all of our teams who participated. You continue to raise the bar.

Valentine’s Day may be over, but we’re still feeling the love.

Across 62 Roaring Fork–operated QDOBA restaurants in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa, our teams transformed their dining rooms with festive décor, creative photo spots, and plenty of heart.

What started years ago as a few simple decorations has grown into an annual Valentine’s Day Decoration Contest — a way to recognize and reward team members who go above and beyond for their guests and each other.
