The role of the Holy Grounds Coffeehouse Supervisor is to oversee the operations and business of the coffeehouse by training, directing and empowering both paid staff and up to 10-15 volunteers. The supervisor will accomplish the job through people by coaching and motivating the staff to seek customer growth and by reaching out to each individual who frequents Holy Grounds. Responsible for communicating factors influencing coffeehouse revenue and success, and works collaboratively with the Sr. Director Ministry Services to develop operational and tactical plans to increase and sustain coffeehouse revenue targets.
