We've made the San Patricio version of empanada , corned beef and Swiss cheese served with sour Kraut and thousand islands dipping sauce, available at both locations this entire week or until supplies last ! 🍀🍀

We are very thankful for the amazing support you've always showed us, specially this past week!

Our doors will be closed to the public only this Tuesday February 17th and we'll be back to our regular schedule!

Pedro's in Glendale cleared all the food stock and we need to catch up on all that made from scratch food preparation!

Store hours :

Tuesday- Saturday 10:30 am- 9pm and Sundays 10-4 pm.

So, our HVAC decided to stop working early this week at La Cocina del Sur MKE . The word from the repairing crew is that parts might take few days or longer to arrive, which that means we won't be able to open to the public today or until this gets fixed. We'll keep you posted if we can open for service this week, no one likes to eat in a chili restaurant with this frigid forecast 😪🥶

The holidays are here and we would like to help filling your table with some Latin American delights to share with your friends and family!

We have some special tamales along with our empanadas.

Tamales menu:

- Tamales tolimenses, Colombian style filled with corn meal, rice, chicken, pork ribs vegetables, hard boiled egg wrapped and steamed in banana leaves.
( gf) sold by units .

- Tamales de vegetales y queso, this vegetarian option is filled with masa, spinach, carrots and zucchini with a blend of cheeses , wrapped and steamed in corn husk (gf)
Sold in 6 or 12 packs.

- Tamales de pollo verde, corn masa, green Chile shredded chicken ( mild ) wrapped and steamed in corn husk (gf)
Sold in 6 or 12 packs.

All tamales are served with mild salsa on the side.

This sister restaurant will be featuring a stationary food truck menu so you can enjoy all your favorites year round!
