What a weekend!! 🇺🇸 It was so good to see so many people out enjoying the Lake Koshkonong area and celebrating the 4th of July.

Last night we had Frank James and his band play, and they absolutely packed the bar for their entire show! People definitely wanted the holiday weekend to continue—the energy was incredible, with people dancing and singing along. Make sure you mark your calendars to catch a show here this summer!

Our staff were absolute "rock stars" too. They handled the massive crowds with true enthusiasm and grace. 🙌

We all will definitely all be enjoying our day off today!

Happy 4th of July!!! 🇺🇸

Tonight, we are OPEN! While many supper clubs are closed for the holiday, we will be opening our doors at 4 PM to help you celebrate. Reservations are highly suggested, so give us a call to claim your table. Stop in the beautiful views of Lake Koshkonong, a great meal and a brandy old fashioned before heading out to the Milton Fireworks!

A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to the Lakeside Fire Department and the Rock County Sheriff's Office for their incredibly quick response to my 911 call. We had a customer who needed medical help, and these amazing first responders arrived so fast.

It is always scary to have to call 911, especially when the dining room is completely full and we are two-deep at the bar. I want to give a special shout-out to the dispatcher I spoke with—you helped me remain calm and focused during a very stressful moment.

We also want to extend a massive thank you to our incredibly understanding customers. To those who willingly vacated their tables to make room for the emergency responders, and to those who patiently waited past their reservation times while we helped someone in need—your kindness and patience did not go unnoticed.

Lastly, a huge shout-out to our amazing staff. You all remained calm, focused, and completely professional throughout it all.

Good job all the way around. We are incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful community and team!

Father’s Day Weekend is here, and we’ve got the perfect lineup to celebrate Dad!

☀️ FRIDAY (TONIGHT): The weather is absolutely perfect for dining outside on the patio! Stop out for our famous Friday Fish Fry and a couple of legendary Old Fashioneds.

🎤 SATURDAY: Take a trip down memory lane! We have live music in the bar featuring "Ludy and his Lady" starting at 5:30 PM. Grab a drink, enjoy appetizers in the bar or join us for dinner, and enjoy some incredible old-school tunes.

SUNDAY (FATHER'S DAY): Treat Dad to the best. We’ll be serving our regular menu alongside our crowd favorites: Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Broasted Chicken, and Cold Water Lobster Tails.

An update on tonight's Prime Rib: 😞

We take huge pride in our slow-roasted (14+ hours!) Prime Rib. We season each 15lb slab with our secret family spice blend and let our Alto-Shaam oven do its magic.

99.9% of the time, our Alto-Shaam is amazing. Unfortunately, last night was the 0.1%. The oven didn't regulate its temperature properly, and when we checked it this morning, the meat was completely well-done.

Because we refuse to serve you anything less than perfection, we will not be able to offer Prime Rib tonight.

We are so incredibly sorry for the disappointment! We promise our oven is getting some TLC this week to make sure she is ready for next weekend, and we hope you'll find another delicious entree on our menu to satisfy your cravings tonight. Thank you all for understanding!
