☀️ Monthly Local Business Night is Tomorrow!

Tomorrow night is one of my favorite nights of the month at The Market of Milton!

Along with all of our regular market vendors, we’ll also have local businesses from around our community set up. It’s a great chance to meet the people behind the businesses, shop local, grab some dinner, and enjoy a summer evening with your family.

You’ll find:
• Food trucks
• Local retail vendors
• Service industry vendors
• Fresh produce and all your favorite market vendors

There’s just something special about spending a Thursday evening outside, supporting local families instead of big box stores.

Grab a friend, bring the children, and come hang out with us!

This Thursday is also our Local Business Night, which means we allow retail and service industry vendors, so it’s a great chance to meet local business owners, that normally are not able to come to the market, make new connections, and shop LOCAL.

You’ll find fresh produce, grass fed beef, farm fresh eggs, homemade bread, local honey, microgreens, coffee, olive oils and vinegars, jewelry, handmade goods, plants, food trucks, fresh lemonade, and so much more.

Three local vendors. One delicious collaboration. 🌿🍅🫒

This is what I love about our markets.

Marino & Co. First Fruits Microgreens, Tree Divine Olive Oils & Vinegars, and Spicy Mama Spices teamed up to create something amazing, and it’s a perfect example of what happens when local businesses support each other instead of competing.

Fresh microgreens, incredible olive oils and vinegars, and seasonings that bring it all together.

You can find all three of these vendors at the Market of Milton and the Market of Pace. When you shop local, you’re not just buying great food. You’re supporting families who work hard to grow it, make it, and serve our community.

The tomatoes were still warm from someone’s truck bed. That’s the first thing I noticed when we started this market and we so rather get stuff here over pushing a cart down an aisle under fluorescent lights.

Supporting local isn’t a bumper sticker. It’s a Mom who tells you which peaches are ready and which ones need two more days.

It’s my son at the honey table who knows exactly which honey works best for allergies or which one to get that doesn’t spike your blood sugar.

We could shop faster somewhere else. We’d save a little. What we’d lose is harder to put a number on.

Every dollar we spend at this market stays close to home. It pays a neighbor’s mortgage. It keeps a family farm running one more season. And it teaches my children that food doesn’t appear on a shelf by accident, that there’s a person behind every good thing on our table, and that the people who feed you are worth knowing by name.
