How it started and how it ended looks very similar. 🤣 A month of planning was over in about 30-40 minutes! to all of the vendors this year. We coordinated and delivered 3,500 meals and desserts consisting of 14,000 boxes over 3 sites with the help of all of you .kitchen http://www.partyserving.com https://www.webox.com This year’s scope was different than previous years, so we’re always grateful for the partners that work with us on every event!

We wanted to thank all of the teams that worked on this holiday event along with the other events this year! As always none of this happens by itself or by oneself. The amount of work each group put into to the event is humbling and inspiring. Nothing gets done without a strong foundation and these groups are just that, A STRONG FOUNDATION!

- pre-site consulting, site coordination/construction of tent structure, furniture. Doing the heavy lifting and killing it!

- A/V, lighting, staging, design. This group makes all the complicated stuff look easy

- Food! What a daunting task to serve 2000 people for a sit down meal! They were able to pull it off, guests left w/ full bellies! Job well done!

- photography and videography, immersive red carpet experience. Jovan and his team went above and beyond what was expected from them.

& - Emcee Stephen Chun was such a great host for this event! Came in with studied knowledge of the company, he is naturally gifted and very thoughtful of the process and the music played during different parts of the event.

and - Musical talent, entertainment. Eclecta Quartet was perfect for this holiday event

- VIP Table holiday centerpieces.

- Mini Christmas Tree centerpieces. We worked with Angela at the Campbell location
