There’s just something about being in the back of the house that I LOVE! 🥰❤️

One of my favorite things to do at Nossa Casa is wrapping our chicken with bacon. 🥓🍗 It may not be the glamorous side of owning a restaurant, but honestly, I enjoy being back there more than being in the front! 😂

And the best part? Everything we serve is made fresh in-house. From prepping to wrapping, we put a little love into everything that comes out of our kitchen. ❤️

Today is National Potato Day, and at this point, we deserve honorary degrees in potato peeling. this is what happens after case after case after case. We peel, we chop, we mash, and we repeat. All so those mashed potatoes taste like a hug on a plate. Happy Potato Day from your friendly, slightly carpal-tunnel-prone potato squad.
