I smoked some wings for dinner and some chicken thighs to shred for some dinner the next couple of days. The finished wings were split in half and half got "Heather's Mix" of wing dust (currently, it's kickin' Cajun mixed with ghost pepper). The other half got Honey BBQ wing dust. Here's the before and afters.

Chili is ready to go on the smoker. That chuck roast I smoked last night from Lightfoot Farm looked amazing, and is going to be perfect in this chili.

After a 3 hour smoke bath the chuck roast is done. Can't wait for this chili tomorrow.

Got this chuck roast rubbed up, and on the smoker today. So I can cube it up and throw it into some smoked chili tomorrow. The hickory smoke smells amazing right now. Also I got the chuck roast at Lightfoot Farm you should definitely check them out.
