Our Coffee-Rubbed Ribeye has quickly become a guest favorite, a perfectly seasoned, tender ribeye topped with chipotle butter and served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and crispy fried Brussels sprouts tossed in an orange vinaigrette with Parmesan and roasted red peppers.

🎓 Stop by today and help us celebrate two incredible members of the Elephant in the Room family!

Our college interns, Max and Rob, are heading back to school this weekend, and today is your chance to wish them well before they leave.

This summer, it has been our privilege to invest in them, share our knowledge and experience, and watch them grow. Their work ethic, positive attitudes, and dedication to our guests have made a lasting impact on our team.

Both Max and Rob will be working all day today and would absolutely love the opportunity to see many of our guests one last time before heading back to college. If they’ve ever served you, talked with you, or simply made your visit a little brighter, please stop by, say hello, and wish them an amazing school year.
