We are excited to share that Alayna has been promoted to Assistant Manager at Millersport Coffee!! 🖤🤍
Alayna has been with us for 5 years, and we have had the privilege of watching her grow right along with the shop. She has always brought a positive spirit, strong customer service, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
Alayna is excited to continue growing at Millersport Coffee, and this new role gives her that opportunity. As Assistant Manager, she will be helping support Dena to ensure daily operations run smoothly, processes are more standardized across shifts, and teammates have friendly guidance and support throughout the day.
This new role comes with added responsibility, but more importantly, it gives Alayna the opportunity to continue learning, expand her skill sets, and prepare for the next level in her growth at Millersport Coffee.
Her commitment to our team has shown up in so many ways, but one example that really stands out was last year when she helped us launch McConnelsville Coffee. She was there helping us get the shop ready until 3am, then turned around and helped train our new team on our POS, our processes, and how we do things during opening week.
That says a lot about who Alayna is.
She is steady, kind, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers, her teammates, and the shop. This new role reflects the important part she already plays in helping Millersport Coffee move forward.
