Hello everyone!

I’m excited to share that Omar’s is coming soon! Truthfully, most of our guests have called Rawtopia “Omar’s” for years, so this change feels like coming home.

First and foremost, thank you for your continued support over the past 21 years. Because of you, we’ve been able to stay true to our mission of serving food made with integrity—using organic ingredients, supporting local farmers whenever possible, and preparing everything from scratch with exceptional care.

Like many small independent restaurants, we’ve faced our share of challenges, but your support allows us to keep doing what we love and continue building a place centered around conscious, nourishing food.

If you’ve ever had an experience that didn’t meet your expectations—or if you have ideas for how we can improve—I would truly love to hear from you. Your feedback helps us grow and become better every day.

Mango smoothie is a very special drink created specifically in the summer time while mangos are abundant.

Baked sweet potato fries! We mix the potatoes with our Rawtopia spice mix, and coconut oil and bake it. Then it comes with out fry sauce made from cashew, dried heirloom tomato from last summer, chipotle, lemon juice…. This is one of my favorites.

Have you tried my trail mix. Pistachio, goji berry, mulberry, and cacao nibs! I take these everywhere with me for a snack if I get hungry. Super easy to take hiking, backpacking, skiing, traveling etc.
