Introducing The Simple Fare’s naked cakes, just in time for summer. I have always been influenced by French and Korean baking techniques for my desserts. So our celebration square cake now combines the best of both of these components. Our cake layers are now ultra thin and made with a light Korean sponge and filled with pastry cream/ lime curd/ whipping cream and fresh fruits.
