She started her mobile food service business, Love Feast, in late spring of 2011 serving at famer’s markets in Dutchess County and surrounding areas. In 2013 Love Feast expanded into its own

commercial kitchen in Millbrook at 3274 Franklin Ave. Having been born and raised on a self-sufficient family farm, a commitment to local quality ingredients and “Farm to Table” food values is paramount to her mission as a person and chef both spiritually and fundamentally. With this commitment in mind, Love Feast incorporates locally grown produce as often as possible and offers a seasonally rotating menu of fine foods.
