A love letter to Millbrook & message to the community:
One year ago, we unlocked the doors to House of Stefas with a simple goal: to create a place where people could gather, eat well, celebrate often, and enjoy some of life’s simple pleasures.
Millbrook has been so good to us, and we work for you. We listen to everyone here to grow, adapt, and build this community gathering spot for everyone here.
What has happened since 2025 has exceeded anything we could have imagined.
The energy has been unreal!
House of Stefas has always been about creating a place where quality, comfort, hospitality, and enjoyment could exist together. A place where lunch can be quick, dinner can turn into a four-hour celebration, and every guest can enjoy the experience in their own way.
The inspiration is for everyday living, and living well. Whether you’re stopping in for a few mezze, sharing a feast with friends, enjoying a glass of wine at the bar, or simply treating yourself to dessert after a long day, this house was built to fit into your life.
For three years, we planned, dreamed, worried, revised, second-guessed ourselves, and pushed forward.
