This came in the mail this past week. To be honest, the audience for Honeymoon Ice Cream is me. I try to make the best Ice Cream from the best ingredients I can find. I use Jersey milk and cream because it is the best milk and cream. No question. I don't use eggs because they make pudding, not Ice Cream. I make my own jam and candies because others make them too sweet or not right. I'm happy with what we make. And I'm glad Marin Magazine agrees. I hope you do too. -- Mr Honeymoon
