The dry age cabinet. It's something that sets us apart from the pack. You see, we dry age all our meats in-house, exactly to our specifications. Chef likes it a more mild dry age, approachable, not too funky, so that's what we do.

Your server can tell you all about it, including what cuts are available for the evening, and what to pair with each.

BANANAS FOSTER CHEESECAKE nilla wafers, rum

Bananas Foster’s rise to fame was quick and glorious. Against the backdrop of 1950s New Orleans, Brennan's Vieux Carre restaurant needed to create a special dessert for a favorite customer, stat. The chef cast about the kitchen, spied some bananas, recounted a childhood memory, added some flair and voila - the Banana Foster was born.

Here, we sauté the bananas in Hamilton’s Rum to order, and pour it over banana cheesecake. It’s our ode to this classic sweet, and at Cedros, it’s quickly becoming the most popular dessert on the menu.

Happy Hour at Mill Creek starts NOW! Join us at the bar or in the lounge from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednedsay - Sunday (no reservations, just walk on in!)

On the menu: $10 cocktails, $10 wines, $5 beers, oysters, a burger, barbequed dry-aged meatballs, steak n' frites, a philly cheesesteak, fried brussels sprouts and more.

Our fourth Rare Society location in Mill Creek is now open, so we thought we would take a moment to introduce ourselves to our new PNW neighbors. Tell you a little bit of our story.

We're a steakhouse, but reimagined - weaving inspiration from those vintage Las Vegas steakhouses with our signature style of Santa Maria style-grilled meats, Rare Society echews the traditional model and invites you to gather, to share, to explore and experience what this restaurant group is all about - fire, bold flavors, great cocktails, and warm service.

THE ASSOCIATE
a selection of chef-determined cuts of the night

It's that simple, really. But it also acts as a shining example of what our restaurant group seeks to do. We believe in gathering, of a shared-style of dining, plates not meant for one but rather, for all.

So back to this board. It's three pieces of Chef's favorite cuts. This board highlights wagyu, a style of beef that is intensely marbled, oh so tender, and incredibly flavorful. Bone marrow, seasonal butter, and three sauces serve as accompaniments.

This is kinda what we're known for, so when you're here, give it a try.
