It’s time for our LATE NIGHT ERA at Descendants! As we embark on our new chapter here at the brewery we want all of our guests to know they have a great pub to hang out at into the night!

Every Friday & Saturday moving forward we will be offering our Late Night Bites from 9-11! And our bar will be open until at least 10:00 or later EVERY Sunday through Thursday AND at least midnight or later EVERY Friday and Saturday!

And let’s congratulate the newest inductees of our Whiskey River Club! 6 new members have achieved whiskey glory at New Jerseys best whiskey bar!

Tonight is the NIGHT! We’re so excited to celebrate Chef Ismael’s birthday at our Puerto Rican Rum Pairing Dinner @ 7:00!

The bar will be open from 4 to close if you would like to stop in and celebrate Chef Ismael’s special occasion. The kitchen will be closed for the event so our chefs can cook up delicious authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine!

Next weekend is our 4th annual Pirate & Mermaid Fest on Saturday July 18th 12-5 and our first ever Shipwreck Pirate Party for the adults from 5 to close sponsored by Brinley’s Shipwreck Rum! It takes a lot of great people to make a restaurant special. And if you’re lucky enough you find a great chef who sticks around when the going gets tough. Chef Ismael has been with us at Descendants for almost three years now.

On Thursday we get to celebrate his birthday at our 5-course Puerto Rican Food & Rum Cocktail Pairing Dinner at 7:00. At Descendants our slogan is “What’s Your Story?” And if you’re lucky to know Chef the way we do he’ll tell you what his Puerto Rican heritage means to him…the Celestial Blue of the Puerto Rican flag…or his love of Roberto Clemente. Most of all he loves his family…values instilled in him throughout his life.

Chef Ish shares those values with our staff and most importantly with our guests, who he cares so much about. He stuck with us and has been a steady presence here at Descendants. And the best is yet to come over the next two months as we transform our menu and get ready for the next chapter at New Jersey’s first craft brewery.

We look forward to seeing you and celebrating Chef Ish on his birthday. We still have some seating available for his incredible dinner this Thursday. And just like Ish…his wish is to share his heritage and cook for a whole bunch of us at his own birthday party 🥳

Hi everyone! Hope you’re keeping cool as you can. It’s FAMILY NIGHT! Don’forget that every Wednesday kids 12 and under eat free off of our kids menu with matching adult purchase!

Bar is open from 4 to 10 or later today. Kitchen is opening at 5:00 to give our chefs a little reprieve from the incredibly hot kitchen.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we want to make sure our staff is always safe and healthy.

If you ever wondered who makes your favorite appetizer here at Descendants…our incredible Reuben Egg Rolls…well…it’s none other than our Friday day bartender Ashley! Hand made right here from scratch at the brewery every Tuesday!

Ashley has been a part of our team here at Descendants for more than 7 years now! So if you LOVE our Reuben Egg Rolls…come by the brewery on a Friday afternoon and belly up to the bar and let her know! And while you visit, Ashley will also whip you up the best cocktail you can ask for!
