My husband Colby is one of the best cooks I have ever met!

After more than a dozen trips to Puerto Rico, he fell in love with chicken pinchos, and every time we came back home, he kept working on his recipe until he got the flavor and juiciness just right.

So I asked him to make them for us at MSF for tomorrow’s Hispanic Heritage Celebration in Downtown Milford and let YOU try them!

His response? “I’m gonna need some b**r for this.” 😂 Cooking for yourself is one thing… cooking for a crowd is a whole different challenge, but he accepted, and I’m so proud of him!

Come see what El Gr**go Pinchos by My Sister’s Fault is all about tomorrow, Friday, October 2nd, starting at 5 p.m. until sold out (chicken thigh pinchos with a side of pan sobao bread) Let’s see how El Gr**go does!

I don’t know whether to laugh or cry
These mallorcas look NOTHING like the pictures we promoted

They were still hot from the oven when we added the glaze and cream cheese… and well, you can see what happened 🫠

But friends and customers are posting them, loving them, and saying they’re delicious, so listen… I’ll take it! 💕

On the meantime I will continue to LOL in both languages

English: Hahahahahhaha
Español: Jajajajajajjaja

Happy National Coffee Day!

We’re not in the coffee business, but our iced coffee does hold its own especially with a quesito or a cream cheese mallorca 😂

And the cream cheese mallorcas you voted for? They’ll be ready sometime this afternoon and available for the rest of the week!

We’re lucky to have two amazing coffee spots here in downtown. We visit them all the time, so go show them some love Dolce Bakery & The Dwelling Place

Community over competition, always. 💕

You voted for mallorcas to come back before my maternity leave, and I heard you!
We made over 400 …. Let’s see how long they last 👀

They need time to rise, so they won’t be ready first thing Tuesday morning. Look for them around noon, then throughout the week while supplies last. We will have the Mallorca breakfast sandwich and the cream cheese Mallorca.

Thank you for voting and trusting me to make them for you. I show love through food, so… promise kept. 💕
