Sunday brunch in the Delmonico Room runs 11am to 3pm.
The Fauchere Benedict: a toasted English muffin layered with petite filet mignon and Maryland crabmeat, finished with truffle hollandaise. This is not a standard brunch dish. Every component is a deliberate choice. The filet instead of Canadian bacon. The lump crabmeat instead of nothing. The truffle hollandaise instead of the version you have had everywhere else.
Dine in the Delmonico Room or on the porch. Both are the right answer on a Sunday morning in Milford.
The room was built in 1852 by the man who worked in the Delmonico's kitchen in New York City before coming to Milford, Pennsylvania. That lineage is in the walls, the service, and the plate in front of you.
A note on the flowers: our summer color this year comes from Bashful Blooms. If you have noticed the porch and the dining room looking particularly good, they are the reason.
The Delmonico Room is located in Hotel Fauchère and is 90 minutes from New York City. The drive takes less time than finding a decent brunch table in the city on a Sunday morning.
