We will continue to remove comments that contain false or misleading claims about our restaurant, including accusations that we source our food from Sysco or other broadline food service distributors.
The reality is simple: we do not get our food from Sysco, and we make our food from scratch. We have addressed these claims multiple times already, and at this point we do not have the time or desire to repeatedly defend ourselves against the same misinformation being posted by the same person (or people) on multiple posts.
For the foreseeable future, we will not be responding to comments or private messages regarding these accusations. Our focus is, and always will be, on serving our guests and operating our restaurant.
If our restaurant is not for you, that's perfectly fine. Nobody is required to dine here. We respect everyone's right to choose where they spend their time and money, and we ask that same respect be extended to us and our staff.
We appreciate the support from those who know us, dine with us, and understand the work, care, and respect that goes into what we do every day.
