Starting at a young age in the culinary industry, both Jake and Jet quickly developed a passion for cooking, which was only fueled by years of practice (and some wonderful mentors along the way) while working in several restaurants across Michigan. Their dream had always been to open up their own restaurant, where they can create and share their own culinary concepts, which has finally been recognized in their first take-out eatery, Chino Loco.
