Meet our Strawberry Royale. 🍓✨

I first created this dessert last year, but I kept refining it until every layer tasted exactly how I imagined it.

Layers of biscuits, homemade cream, and fresh strawberries—made in small batches and finished with a whole lot of patience. 🤍

Finally, she’s ready.

This was taken when I applied to become a flight attendant in the Philippines—nung payat pa ako. Hahaha! Unfortunately, the pandemic happened, and that dream had to take a different route. ✈️

So I went back to baking—something I never imagined I would return to. And somehow, that unexpected detour eventually led me to ALABakeshop. 🥹🤎
