This will be a long post. Good news / bad news. My wife and I have decided to move Uncle Mikes BBQ and Grill into the Bucking Horse Saloon. Our lease is up at the stagecoach at the end of this month. We can not thank them enough for helping us get started here in Miles City. It was a very tough decision for my wife and I to pull our roots up and move. We can not thank you enough for all your support over the past 3 years. We hope that you will follow us down the road to our new spot.

We do ask you all to bare with us as it will take a little bit of time to “get organized” and up to speed with a new set up. We will be losing some menu items and picking up a bunch more. We were asked by all our friends / customers at the saloon to absolutely not get rid of pizza. So we will be keeping the pizza and adding a ton of bbq options to them. We will not have a fryer (for now) so we will be losing the catfish and chicken fried steaks which I know I know. Booooooo. However, this location doesn’t have a suppression system in it so we have to install one. As of right now we do intend to have one installed as quickly as we can. They are just a tad expensive at this time for us. we are going to add a steak night. We will be doing steaks Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday. Sunday we will start the grill at 11 and go until 8. We will also be keeping the restaurant open an extra hour. And we will be open on Mondays. Restaurant hours will be 11 - 9 Sunday through Thursday and 11 - 10 Friday and Saturday. Pizzas will be available late night. The bar will stay open until it dies down whatever time that is. And the casino will open at 8 and go until it dies down after dinner.
