BROOKIES REBOOT!
Long ago and far away I thought I created a fantastic product that I would build an empire around. lol.
A thick and chewy, soft brownie like textured cookie. I called them Brookies! I started with salted chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate chunk brownie. The sky was the limit and the flavors just kept a rolling. Cookies and cream, birthday cake, snickerdoodle, coconut, macaroon, peanut butter blossom, and on and on.
We started setting them up at any little market that we could get into around the area and usually SOLD OUT! We quickly became very well known for these things. Everyone loved them and they all called me the Cookie lady. Those were good times. We were making and selling so much we needed a commercial kitchen. We ended up in Milan, close to home and I really liked the landlord. Once we got in there, we decided that along with our little kitchen, we might as well have a little coffee shop and make some other baked goods too, and so we did. Sandwiches and bread, cake, pies, and you know the rest. As the years have gone by, I lost interest in the Brookies a bit. Last year we even quit making all the flavors except brownie and chocolate chip.
Well, I made a mistake.
A big one.
So, a Brookie reboot it is.
Starting Tuesday, you will find a full line of Brookies again. We’re gonna put them on sale all week two for $5.00. I’m Going to introduce some new flavors and we will make sure to have lots of samples out all week like the good old days. Of course I have to do some giveaways too.
