This just might be my new favorite GF frozen pizza! Heggies Pizza figured out how to make a cauliflower crust pizza not taste like cauliflower. Crispy but not hard. Perfect ratio of crust, sauce, and toppings.

A very special thank you to Teal’s Market, Heggies Pizza and Santa Lucia's Ice Cream Zimmerman for donating food and ice to our Recfest Bluegrass Festival food booth. It was a wonderful success and we all had a great time. Thanks for inviting us! Also, please patronize these local businesses! And thank you to all who volunteered and enjoyed pizza and root beer floats with us this past weekend (and gave us tips,too)! We are deciding right now how to use the proceeds for supporting our Milaca Area Community even more!

BOLD STATEMENT WARNING:

The cauliflower (I had to use google to figure out what exactly that word is and apparently it’s a vegetable so that’s how bold this is) crust pep sausage from is potentially my all time favorite frozen pizza.*

Moreover, and I kid you not, I think that the pizza oven preparing one deserves a major role in the top Midwest pizza conversation.*

I didn’t say deserves the title. But deserves a role? Yes.

This is just a wonderful example of the world doing something right. I might even start bringing my favorite hot sauces to the bar to explore this further.
