At The Pie, we don't take shortcuts. We believe great pizza takes time, and quality is worth waiting for. No frozen dough or pre-shredded, bagged pizza cheese here! Our dough is made fresh, hand-rolled, and hand-tossed the traditional way. We slice our meats, cheeses, and vegetables fresh daily, and our signature sauces and dressings are made in-house. It's not a passing culinary trend. It's simply how we've done things since 1980. Known for our legendary pizzas, generous toppings, bold flavors, and hearty portions, The Pie has become a Utah tradition for generations. From classic combinations and creative specialty pies to fresh salads and appetizers, there's something for everyone. We also proudly offer delicious vegan pizza options and a dedicated gluten-free menu. At our Midvale location, gluten-free orders are prepared in a separate, enclosed preparation area using approved toppings, color-coded utensils, and special handling procedures designed to reduce cross-contact. Our kitchen also handles traditional dough and gluten-containing ingredients, so we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
