Spring Break - toasting the coconut smells sooo good and is why this is one of my favorite flavors to make 🥥. We've been making Spring Break for DECADES now. It is a coconut flavored ice cream with toasted coconut and semi-sweet chocolate chips and its available every day at both of our shops. - Andrew

Check out this new LIMITED flavor! We made Ube Brownie - pure Ube ice cream with swirls of cream cheese icing and Brownie chunks. Technically, this isn't a new flavor because we made a batch for my sister's wedding a couple years ago (perks of knowing management, eh?), and it's been on my mind ever since. Anyways, it's available NOW at both shops until we run out. - Andrew

Our bestselling homemade flavor is named "Pictured Rocks" after the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore because the fudge ice cream and ribbons of fudge reminded us of the color and texture of those beautiful cliff faces. The Pictured Rocks are easily one of the most defining outdoor destinations in Michigan and you absolutely have to experience them in person at some point. - Andrew.
