From day one, our vision has been about community and exceptional coffee. We wanted Kafeology to be a place where Bible studies gather in the mornings, students study and graduate, professionals meet, local makers host pop-ups, and Midland originals and newcomers alike find a place to belong.
That same purpose goes into every coffee we roast. We craft roast in-house, source fresh, seasonal coffees, and refuse to compromise on quality. We seek relationships with farmers and producers who are making an impact in their own communities, allowing what happens here in Midland to connect to something much bigger around the world. From carefully sourced coffees to exceptional blends, everything is roasted fresh right here in West Texas.
