Hey waffle family! Here’s a good start to our June schedule – I will continue to update as we go, just wanted to get a bit of a calendar out for you all.
Things are pretty busy lately in the food truck world with scheduling and private events – I’m still working through responses for some, thank you so much for your patience.

Hey all! We had a great Saturday at the MCFTA Summer Art Fair! Thank you all for coming out to see us in this beautiful day 🌞❤️🧇

We loaded back up and are ready for day 2!! I won't be serving chicken salad, unfortunately. That's the one thing that gets nixed when we are short on time with prep. Today, we sold out of many toppings and had a lot of work to do in a short amount of time. Even as I type this, I see it is almost 1 a.m. 🫠 We will have everything else, though!

We still haven't added the Cherries n Cream to our menu but it is available- it's SO good.

We also have Homemade Black Cocoa infused whipped cream! 🤤 Someone got it on a Raspberry Cheesecake and it looked delicious.

We have GLUTEN FRIENDLY!!

Keep in mind, you'll have to do a little walking to get to where we are. With the Art Fair going, they have some of the streets blocked off for walkability. It's not too far, though. And cool things to see along the way!

Check out the Public Arts Midland community mural projects located behind Little Forks and Bling Thingz! I actually had a hand in painting 2 of those murals with the crew. Two of the best summers of my life ❤️

Come enjoy your Sunday at the Summer Art Fair! Lots to see and do, live music, amazing foods, lemonade and a dirty soda stand!

Hey friends! I apologize so much but we are CLOSED today. I thought the edit went through on the May schedule last week but it did not. I should have paid it more attention but that one slipped through on me.

We planned to take the week to deep clean the trailer and work on home things after the crazy couple weeks we had. I'm pretty sure our dogs thought they'd never see us again.

We will be back open this Saturday, downtown at the Summer Art Fair! Open 10a.m.-5p.m.

We will be located on McDonald Street, between Bling Thingz and Molasses. I will post a GPS pin once we get situated but it should be nearby where we were last year.

Hopefully the weather continues to be abslutely gorgeous for this weekend's events😍 maybe we'll see you out there!?

On the upside, I made a new whipped cream flavor! I infused a batch of whip with black cocoa and OH MY 🤤🤤 it's ridiculous. You probably should try it if you're into chocolate. So decadent and delicious.

Hello folks, we have a slight adjustment for tomorrow. We had on our schedule to be serving at the midtown location of LiveOak coffee house. We, in fact, won’t be serving at midtown but will be serving at LiveOak's east side location.

We open at 11am and will serve until sold out.

Hey friends! We have a *SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR TOMORROW, THURSDAY, MAY 7TH*

So, we're finding a hard time balancing serving/prepping with Anderson's school/baseball schedule this week. We have tons to do and not even close to enough time to do it this week. This also includes my need to respond to a multitude of private event tasks/requests/planning along with prepping for the Farmer's Market on Saturday.

***We will be CANCELING our scheduled serving times at DuPont-Hemlock AND MyMichigan Midland for 5/7/26***

We apologize for any inconvenience- I'll be looking our remaining May schedule over to see if I need to make any more adjustments so we're not overcommitted and needing to cancel outings.

The truth is, we need rest once in a great while and we haven't been getting any with the late baseball nights/dinner/band concert/activities this week. It's been busy from every angle. Baseball generally strips 3 hours from our ability to prep each night, alone.

We thought we could handle it. We can not lol🫠 we must adjust.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding. We'll see you back out serving in Midland at the 555 Building on Wackerly on Friday, the 8th from 11a-2p!

We will be updating and filling in dates to complete the May schedule as our days progress.

Of course, with putting the schedule out a month in advance, please know that some dates can be subject to change depending on what comes up. We do cancel parking lot serving days if we have a private catering event reach out. We will be adding more things to the end of May- I'm just not there yet. Lots of other things needing my immediate attention.

If you're planning a day to come see us, just double check the schedule before you head our way to make sure we haven't changed things up. We do try to provide a good amount of notice but, like with yesterday, sometimes we just have to steal a day from serving in order to handle other tasks.

We're so excited for the warmer weather ❤️ I know I'll be regretting that statement once we hit our 90 degree days but for now- bring it on. I'm ready to sweat lol

I hope we have some good days available for you all to get your waffle fix! Keep your eyes peeled for schedule updates and changes. As always, you can call or text to see if we are open or where we are set up.

If you're ordering a large amount of food for a business/work group and you have a list put together for what your crew wants, feel free to message us ahead of time and we can have your order ready at the pick-up time you prefer! Just make sure that you receive a confirmation from us as it can get busy and we don't always have the ability to see our phones.

Hey waffle family!
So, we have some pretty amazing news ❤️

We now have a larger commercial kitchen space to prep our product in! This means so much to us with how we prep our product and the time it takes. Being that everything is made from scratch, it generally limits how often we can run the trailer because it takes an entire changeover of equipment to prep.

Now that we have this kitchen available to us, we have to start making progress on setting up in there. This is leading us to reschedule our April 30th serving day for a new day in May.

I'm getting may typed out so I'll be releasing that schedule tomorrow!

We're so excited about this new development and can't wait to see how this year finishes up!

What an amazing weekend- sellout days for 4 days in a row is a record for us ❤️ THANK YOU. You were all the most patient, friendly and encouraging and engaging customers. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and for taking the chance on us. For some, that meant supporting our business every single day this weekend!!

For others, they missed out on having their chance at a waffle this weekend entirely due to our selling out. We're sorry and we really look forward to serving you in the future!

That Monte, though. Am I right? 🤤🤤🤤 We get that giddy feeling when we know you're about to crush this whole sandwich while your eyeballs roll back into your head lol

It was fun, crazy, fast and amazing weekend, and the feedback we have received in the last 4 days was 100% reassurring that we are in the right place, doing the right thing with our time and attention. We love this business. We love serving you. We love hearing about your experiences and knowing that you loved every bite. It fills us up, too- just in our hearts lol

We will see you again next year, Freeland Walleye Festival! It was our pleasure to take care of your breakfasty, brunchy, lunchy desires this weekend! We'll be planning some serving days in Freeland again this food truckin' season!

We will be back at it again on Tuesday, April 28th! We're extending our hours this day to hopefully be able to catch some of you who can't get out to see us until after work. I hope this availability helps!
